Many PDF members and some columnists have called for the occupation of whole or part of Afghanistan in the heat of the moment or as a strategy. The attacks today were claimed by HGB. Yesterday people were saying Pakistan will work with Haqqanis. HGB is close to Haqqanis. Siraj is a snake who even sold out AQ Zawahiri to Americans when he was demanding power. He’s not like his father or his dead brother. If he can sell out people who stood by him for decades imagine what he will do with Pakistan, who they hate more than anything else.
The only option is Balkanization. None of them can be trusted.

Please try to understand it's a grey zone ops, which requires time to put it under control....

Few good news:
  • Clarity in mind and singularity of purpose on the Pak side
  • Stoppage of trade to choke the hold of the Taliban on the common Afgan folks
  • Declaring Taliban as a regime (read terrorists), meaning all ops inside Afganistan is now legitimate
  • First steps to create a buffer zone inside Afganistan. Time to expand it further
  • International support, especially from Afganistan's neighbors, are now OK with a regime change
  • Etc.
