S-400 is still very serious system, if you do not know where it is, it can take you out quickly. What Pakistan and Ukraine got right was locating S-400. Once you know location, taking it out is relatively easy. Ukraine has US/NATO Sat/ISR help, we had Chinese help.

Without this flying blind against S-400 is suicide

For example, China has tested a large number of ballistic missiles directly attacking S-400 sites. It has found that for ballistic missiles like the DF-15B with limited glide capability, the S-400 can intercept a maximum of three missiles simultaneously.
For a ballistic missile flying towards you, its RCS is roughly equivalent to that of an F-117.
The S-400's radar has difficulty detecting targets.

To be honest, I've never understood why people are so enthusiastic about the S-400. Its 96L6, 92N6, and 91N6 radars are basically the same as the S-300PMU2, all being PESA radars, and their performance can hardly be considered advanced.

Not overstating its ability but not understating it either, PAF managed to take one out, thats in itself says a lot.

The ranges shown here have increased by a 50-80 km for aircraft fired kits
And about 80-100kms for Azb 81.
Last I checked qaswa site for 82 it was around 80-100km and for 83 it mentioned 200-220km.
New rocket motor or mini turbojet engine.
SHahpur 2 can easily carry boosted and non boosted versions of Azb 81 why wasn't it used to strike talibs why Jeff's are being employed when we have a more cost effective way to bleed the talibs
