Hi, I absolutely agree with this 100%. According to the PAF they could have shot down 8+ in 2019 during Balakot and over 20+ this last time? What was their reason not too, strategic escalation... well how did that strategy work?

India planned better and then used long range cruise missiles to hit their bases and made Pakistan attack due to a defensive reaction.

The PAF needed to hammer the IAF both times, to teach them a costly lesson. They failed in that regards both times. Now the IAF knows of their multi-domain approach and will work to adjust for that next time.

The political leadership in Pakistan is the worst...

They surely will! This time they’ve acknowledged their weaknesses and I bet they’re gonna work on it.

Our leadership shouldn’t have gone too far showing off. And if it was calculated showing off, I wonder what have they got up their sleeves for Such level of confidence.

PAF is what’s holding india back in a non nuclear conflict. A ground invasion could provide deadly for Pakistan.

Brahmos and UAV threat is real! Ground assets are sitting duck.

Your analysis is flawed they had the escalation ladder from the get go, they did falter a bit but India payed a heavy, so much they are still issuing statements regarding it to this. It was Indians who used everything in their arsenal. We are the ones who knows everything about them, even if they try so hard they would still need 2-5 yrs to replicate these technologies and even more time to train and perfect their use.

The South African Air Force (SAAF) has formally sought the assistance of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) to overhaul its training programs and maintain its C-130 transport aircraft fleet.

No point, integration wise more of a headache then a help.

Only way this may happen if if US insist of Turks losing the S-400 in exchange for F-35s, in that case Turkey would want to hand them over to someone they can trust and will know will hand them back if need be. Pakistan fits that bill perfectly

Hi, absolutely, all the H2/H4 glide bombs and their designs. They sure came in handy baiting the IAF in Operation Swift Retort in 2019.

Is there any official number out there on how many fighter aircraft PAF plans to maintain as a minimum figure?
