True, but striking coincedence no? Not a single 4 star then a 5 star and and a 4 star at once?

OTS officers where never seen as the elite (I know that is a sweeping generalisation).

I don't know men. Look what elite officers did to Pakistan in last 30 years, almost made it in to Afghanistan and installed terrorist regime of Taliban in Kabul.
