This is a nice design - allows for its carriage by an aerial platform with lots of missiles, and the winglets can expand after launch to give the best control to the target.

Not sure who these company is and their background mind you - i only see contacts for UAE/USA for this company in their contact so maybe who ever created it - got fedup with Pakistan and moved their outfit to UAE ? Or just hiding their Pakistani credentals ?
