PFF President Syed Mohsin Gilani has confirmed a new professional domestic football league launching by late August.

Featuring a promotion and relegation system, full details will be made public after the Executive Committee votes on the final structure.

pakistani league starting just the same time as EFL

It doesn't need to be anything fancy, just get the teams playing.

Even temporary stands in a park will do and organically grow the fanbase and funding for a stadium.

Saudis can help immensely, they have lots of experience in building out a successful league, should be leaning on them for guidance.

As long as salaries and bills are paid there is no reason why the league can't thrive.
