Pakistan NEEDS NEEDS to spend funds on creating a football league. Funds that they spend on that piece if sh*t known as cricket needs to be diverted to football in Pakistan. The long term gains will be better spending it on football rather than sh*t cricket.

Once there are 4-5 players who have champions league level experience then they could qualify for the world cup and be competitive.

We all understand the importance of regular competitive football for players at home.

Football doesn't even need to be that organised or expensive. Just get people playing anywhere in parks with a schedule and make sure the scouts are watching.

There is big money in football, a lot more than cricket. Cricket is a really small sport in comparison. If they become competitive the money will come.

Got to be positive and make dua. Inshallah it will happen. IF Pakistan can win a few football matches against sides in the top international 60 then it may open the floodgates for the popularity of football in Pakistan. This may in turn then help produce a few worldclass players.
