1 third stake. They probably won't have such influence on actual squad management as we see in the cricket industry. Football hierarchies are far less centralised. LFC has a football director and chief scout, which (I think) are appointments made independently, I.e. would have no conflict of interest as they are not individually owned by these ownership consortiums, not to mention Iraola himself having significant leverage over talent scouting.

Yes, the door is open for malevolent influence though.

It's not as big a taboo in Sweden. Normally the best players from the team which wins the title are poached by German, Italian, portuguese, dutch and other leagues just under the big two Leagues. So Iqbal wanting to leave is not much of a scandal here. It's almost expected.
