It would seem I'm hung up on water and the treaty, I'm not.
I'm talking about measure of success or failure on the paper and not on the field.
The treaty is simply in place because they use Kashmir, it's geography and geopolitical significance as a cost to bear on Pakistan, a rub it in your face, so to speak. The region is integrated geographically, politically, religiously and ethnically congruent.
They're incrementally encroaching towards their political objectives. And herein lies the whole problem, Pakistanis by nature scoff at the depth or nature of things or intentions even when manifest at face value in words and deeds.
The tiny ten cent midget nazi got notoriety by killing Muslims in his native state of Gujarat and ever since has been carried on shoulders of men in shorts to power. All while he raised the stakes, moved troops ... changed the status of Kashmir internally... issued new political borders that includes other regions in Pakistan.

Always keep eyes on the ball!

Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri has made several strong statements regarding recent events at the India-Pakistan border:


“An understanding was reached this evening between the DGMOs of India and Pakistan to halt the ongoing military activity. However, in the past few hours, this understanding has reportedly been violated by Pakistan.”

“The Indian Army is currently retaliating in response to this border intrusion, which is deemed extremely condemnable. Pakistan is being held responsible, and it is expected to take immediate and appropriate action to halt these violations.”

I am only saying that the video posted is 3 days ago and I have confirmed it.

I have not commented on what is happening right now, that you can enlighten me. What have you discussed or learnt from two different sectors of LoC?

I do not agree some of your pointS, A 700,000-strong army is not a small force — it’s one of the largest in the world. What it needs right now is courage and the will to fight. At this moment, bravery is the most critical factor. If the Pakistani military can maintain control over their nerves and minds for just the next three to four days, victory will become their destiny.

Let me be clear — this is no longer just a battle of weapons; this is a war of stamina and self-control. It’s a test of resolve. If Pakistan can carry out two or three more strikes like the one they did today, India will be brought to its knees. For the next fifty years, India won’t even dare to raise its voice against Pakistan.

If this war continues for three or four days in this same pattern, India will be in serious trouble. China will emerge as the real winner. India’s dream of becoming an economic superpower will come crashing down.

America will do everything it can to save India, but even Western observers understand that India is not built for prolonged war. The longer the war drags on, the more devastating it will be for India. This war could haunt India for the next fifty years — politically, militarily, and economically.

In return for an unlimited supply of weaponry and setting up a military-industrial complex in KP and Western Punjab
So we at least have a chance to fight a total war, come what may, as these bullying and humiliation tactics are getting tiring.
We should become a fort for the Muslims of South Asia and our future generations.
