Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

Thing is now, any losses we may have received are replaceable. F-16? No big deal. Erieye? Fine, just convert another SAAB 2000.

God only know what Indias losses on the ground were.

The main story is in the air, it was a complete victory.
Our POV: India's 5-6 losses are our complete victory but our Erieye can be brushed under the carpet.
Indian POV: India's 5-6 losses are a small price to pay for strikes at terr*r targets in Pakistan.

One thing bugs me from the press conference presentation.

What sort of 144p software did they use to make those slides? Could’ve been better. Not that it matters but still..

It was probably made by a Leftain. As you said, doesn't matter. Especially when they do what they have done.

Is this true?

Do you really believe this? You live in one of the most tectonically active areas of the world.

Let's stay away from these tinfoil hat wearing yahoos.

ISPR should employ some sell-side analysts then, eh? Slides will be perfect under a microscope LOL

Shocking news: The Pakistani army publishes satellite images and explains how the Pakistani Air Force destroyed the Russian S400 system!

As a reminder: All the claim of the Pakistani army was true and achieved through the international media first and then through the Hindu enemy itself, and the Pakistani army claimed this two days ago and now it provides evidence!

Do you know how powerful the Indian lobby is in US ? its the second most powerful after the Israeli lobby AIPAC

No.1 Weapons Supplier to India is both US + Israel

Israeli and Indian lobby in the US share same extremist terrorist ideology

Do you know the Vice President of US his name is JD Vance his wife is a Indian

Do you know how many American government officials are married to Indians ? Huge number

Do you know many Indian CEO run the biggest American companies ? 1000s of them

Do you know how much of a economic power India is ? its a huge military and economic power

Do you know who the No.1 Supporter of Hindu nationalism its the Israeli Zionists

And yet guess what ? US didn't even show a shred of support for India , how is that possible ?

The Americans are clever they were waiting to see Pakistan's reaction before they took sides

They were also waiting for Beijing reactions before they started to give India full support

The silence of the Muslim world over Gaza has given Americans the confidence and emboldened the enemies of Islam

But when they seen Pakistan's reaction its military capability coupled with advanced technology they played it safe

They then put out a statement stating they are neutral in this war and actually seems like they are tilting on Pakistan's side

Today Indian media is in complete meltdown, a great military victory and social media victory for Pakistan
do you know who do we rely on? ALLAH. Period.

From the CNN/NYT articles I read, it seemed to imply that Pakistan was going to move towards the nuke option after the Nur Khan base attack, and Americans saw that and intervened to stop the conflict. Personally I don't believe the Nur Khan base attack or Shahbaz calling an NCA meeting meant much, as the Indian attacks on Pakistan had not caused any significant damage and neither was Pakistan at the brink of being conquered. But Americans somehow thought thats what was happening and pushed for a ceasefire.

Hence American paranoia might have saved the day. Its amusing to read how both India and the US misread Pakistan.
I think the US believed Pakistan was going to target Indian economic targets with tactical nukes.

The americans intervened because their pet project against China was about to suffer a humiliating and catastrophic defeat against Pakistan. If india was winning and started killing innocent Pakistanis, like with Gaza, america and the whole white world would have looked the other way and supported india.
Initial plan was like that when you hear American vice President saying we don't. We have nothing to do with India Pakistan war war when they saw Indians had upper hand. It was my initial assessment. This war will not go more than 4 days because more than 4 days it going to be disaster for American plans. I am afraid they will ask India to station American soldiers.. because Indian confidence is shattered yet is highly possible

If 2/3 were shot down, that still leaves us with 1 Successful brahmos hit which is pure luck as it was conventional and not nuclear.

The one thing I learnt from this conflict is that in our case, and in the present as well as the coming times, Aerial battles will dictate the course of victory/defeat.

Air defense is the yang of air offense which is the ying. Both complement each other equally.

Pakistan needs too heavily invest into air defenses, as minimum as $10-12bn. The Upfront cost despite being too much for our economy, must be looked at it in the way that in case we ever get nuked, the cost of rebuilding a broken country, economy would far exceed the cost of preventive measures and it would be a decades long process.

Heavy concentrated air defense systems would hugely reduce the probability of a successful missile hit by the enemy.

Something similar to iron dome but on steroids.
Go through the briefing again.

Ill repeat the sequence -
Every target picked up coming towards the border is sorted and classified WELL before it comes in and KEEP IN MIND AT TIMES THIS RESPONSE IS IN NANOSECONDS to what is barely a minute or less in terms of launch to hit.

Be it 1 or 1000.

Then, based on their trajectory automatically handed over to various controllers and sectors - along with cueing appropriate assets for those controllers.

This includes multiple jamming emitters and spoofing that messes up the location info of the system even before decision is made(or rather provided by the system) on what hard kill asset could be used.

If spoofing is confirmed (in seconds) that the systems are NOT going to hit their intended target then comes the case of "are they going to hit a civilian population or a specific empty area near the actual target".

Remember, a Brahmos is supposed to have a CEP of 1m. If the combination of spoofing(changing what its positioning data is getting) and jamming(flooding it's positioning and targeting receivers along with general noise in electronic circuits) causes that to go to 50m then essentially the damage it does is minimized.

Then the decision is made based on that track - do you engage with a hard kill like a SAM with the risk of immediately revealing the position of that system to enemy ELINT assets active?

And this Brahmos doesnt always come alone - it comes in packs - like shown in the briefings.

This entire OODA loop is bring run in a matter of a minute or so - and if the decision is made that it wont cause damage - let it go.
That is what is rumored to have happened at Chaklala except that splinters of the weapon(brahmos or other) hit a fuel bowser that still caused some fire damage.

If you do shoot it down, the solution has to be rapid because it is like hitting a bullet with another bullet in the case of Brahmos.

So if at the end with all of this one does get through or so - and PAF's AD isnt as think as IAFs based on funds - it's still a pretty good result for the resources available.

Everyone like to talk to usual echoes of 71 "Why was no PAF aircraft over Lahore as IAF flew over"

PAF Has objectives to handle - and if those objectives mean a jammed drone on pure unguided endurance line gets to fly over Lahore or Peshawar on its way to crash in some empty area - so be it.

1. Pakistan does not have that kind of cash. Having cheaper, offensive weapons is more than enough for deterrence i.e. ceasefire was achieved right after you started lighting up F-1.
2. Yes, but what if you still keep your systems offline to mask their location from enemy?
3. AD will always fail sooner than later. Iron Dome only works perfectly against home-made projectiles. I doubt it will have the same result against BrahMos.
Free Khan and request abroad living pakistanis see what will happen. They will gather you funds.

Pakistan's support is a doctrine, you do not need an explanation
Help Pakistan is National Security for the Arabs..
Pakistan's victory is Arab security..

A day will come, just as the Israelis have shown maps of their ambition from the Nile to the Euphrates, Hindus will come out to us with their dreams, their ambitions, and their right to the Arabian Peninsula and its goods and may reach a claim that they have something sacred in Mecca and Medina similar to the Jews..

One extremist Hinduva already claimed that the black stone of Mecca belonged to some God of theirs and the Arabs took it from him!

Here is an interesting and concerning musing, can someone respond?

1. IND used Brahmos and BMs for strikes which are to be seen by PK as nuke strike.
2. PK didn't see it as nuke strike and didn't respond with a nuke attack.
3. This can be interpreted as IND testing PK's resolve and called it a bluff. IMO they are testing how much they can get away with and betting that even if they cross all red lines there will be no nuke response.
4. Question is what exact threshold needs to be crossed before PK retaliates with a nuke strike?
5. What if next time IND uses BMs to strike some of PK's nuke stockpiles? Will that be a threshold. If not then what will be and what will be the purpose/utility of the deterrent?

Now another matter. In the same vain of point 3, if Pakistan deploys battlefield nukes on IND troops even in IND territory, IND will NOT come good on their full scale nuke strike in response. The Indians have gambled and won as per point 3, time for PK to gamble and win too. It's at this point a game of balls.
