A commercial decision very common among manufacturers.

US hasn't given you source code for F 16. China hasn't given you source code for J 10.

Your argument is silly if you are trying to read something more over there. By not giving source code they're trying to corner more business for themselves- more of their own weapons, more money for integratiion and so on.

I still remember when this news was released on Indian news channels. My wife was dying laughing that day.
Literally told me to stop watching anything else and just watch Indian news channels.
We got a few days of hilarious entertainment.
Pakistani army chief arrested by rebel military personnel.
Pakistani army chief left the country with family due to fear of India.
"Waayu sena" over ran Pakistan.
Lahore port under attack by Indian submarines.
Karachi completely destroyed by Indian navy.

According to sources, here are the details of the Indian aircraft shot down by the PAF’s brave pilots.

Condition: Held at 92 Base Hospital Srinagar in critical condition.
