It was never going to happen, there is no way the hindutva would wanna give up Kashmir to the muslims/Pakistan. The BJP never agreed to it, and hence here we are today. I pity the people that think that it was an agreement about to happen, including mr musharraf.

Based on what I recall, they had agreed to a joint declaration that was pulled back right before release. I could be wrong.

My brothers, cousins and kin. This is reality hitting them and knowing Pakistan is arming itself to the teeth and is still a very young nation by global standards. It has time and they have to live next door to it. With Chinese friendship this makes matters more stark for them i.e. that conflict is going to be very bad for them, as will aggressive moves.
Well, should we trust them, f*ck no. Smile and just say yes and carry on with plans.

Yup, air power is THE deciding factor here. Pakistan will soon have a decisive edge over India. Combined with Rocket Force and increased Pak diplomatic stature, seems these clowns are finally coming round....

Yaar i wouldn't blame L K Advani only for this.....there are/were certain elements in Pakistan as well that genuinely didn't want and still don't want genuine good relations with India.

Before Agra summit there was Lahore summit in 1999....right?
