They have a deep seated hatred for Punjab and 100% keep their focuses there. The Indians have decided that Pakistan has to be balkanize to clear the way for their South Asian hegemony that they seek so badly. They have sold themselves this idea that Pakistan is only able to challenage because it is an American and Chinese proxy and has to be dealth with for their greater India plans.
