Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

Yes and no. There were nutjobs in India pushing to nuke, but in general Modi was using it as a faux threat to Trump to potentially have the PAF not go around hitting Dehli.

India has a lot more conventional depth before they have to think of nuclear options but the critical issue is that their AF grounded itself and the one way drone missions Pakistan had over Dehli got them very nervous.
It was one thing to see Indian strikes in Rawalpindi which is nowhere near the border and another to have their ring of fire around Dehli exposed.
i heard there was a CNN report from a source during the war saying they were ... shocked by Pakistan's Response on may 10th. That pushed them to wanting to ceasefire.
Genuinely hope more details come out about what happened that day.

You will hear or some one you trust would have heard a lot but will not see anything meaning full hit on Indian side, while India has released the images or videos of the sites damages in pakistan , but some how India was desperate for a ceasefire. Logic ki m@ beh@n

idk how dumb you guys actually are. I think you are dumb but then you prove to be even more dumber.

Many of us have pointed out the sheer idiocy of the MKI purchase many decades ago while Indians here were living in "Raptor of the east" fantasy.
It is a complex, maintenance heavy jet with its TVC and susceptibility to FOD a serious issue.

But, PAF and everyone is "glad" that the IAF did make the idiot mistake, right?

Here is a serious matter.
Thanks for the sensible post…. While we are busy thumping chests and mocking our enemy they are well On their way to stop all of our water .

While our politicians high-five and generals toast scotch our enemy is quietly working on the plan to starve Pakistan .

Instead of being humble we are becoming arrogant and stupid …. We will pay dearly unless we put our house in order and become economically and politically strong .

No amount of songs and videos will save us from the next round where the weapon will not be a Rafael but the dam built to starve us .

More so shrinking from the Indian ocean operations.
Focusing on pacific fight rather than coordination with India.

Basically the US is focusing away from fighting as the combined NATO - Pacific Ally force to being able to “do it all on its own”.

Centcom might take over more Indian ocean ops or even end of prioritization and coverage for African ops.
EUCOM will see some resource reductions as well.
There is also the realization, in the US military, that the resources are being over stretched over multiple theaters, while China is building up rapidly.

The only way to keep up is pull back from most theaters and focus on Paccom. If we see a cut to the US army budget (which is Europe focused), and a boost to the US navy (including marines) followed by the USAF, we will know the shift is underway.

A good opportunity for Pakistan to approach the GCC to be their Indian Ocean net security provider, protecting their SLOCs, requiring funding assistance to the PN (and marines) primarily, followed by PAF.

Net result would be a Pakistani military that can keep pace with the Indian military, out right.
