Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

There were not hundreds of Brahmos - they were paired with saturation using decoys and drones and they did make it through in certain cases but then targeting accuracy also matters.
If 2/3 were shot down, that still leaves us with 1 Successful brahmos hit which is pure luck as it was conventional and not nuclear.

The one thing I learnt from this conflict is that in our case, and in the present as well as the coming times, Aerial battles will dictate the course of victory/defeat.

Air defense is the yang of air offense which is the ying. Both complement each other equally.

Pakistan needs too heavily invest into air defenses, as minimum as $10-12bn. The Upfront cost despite being too much for our economy, must be looked at it in the way that in case we ever get nuked, the cost of rebuilding a broken country, economy would far exceed the cost of preventive measures and it would be a decades long process.

Heavy concentrated air defense systems would hugely reduce the probability of a successful missile hit by the enemy.

Something similar to iron dome but on steroids.

I would assume the Pilot would be returned (If we have her) without much fanfare

Most likely don't want to highlight the issue publicly. Just deal with matter behind scene
On social media/ X meetings it is being discussed that the pilot was handed over next day on Indian request

I am not Indian. I was expanding the view on how Indians became phantasmagoric to the point that they attacked Pakistan few days ago with risible expectations.
Sorry brother if it felt like it was pointed at u......

Thing is now, any losses we may have received are replaceable. F-16? No big deal. Erieye? Fine, just convert another SAAB 2000.

God only know what Indias losses on the ground were.

The main story is in the air, it was a complete victory.
2 s400 batteries in one Bujh the other in Adampur
