A damaged C-130 is nothing for the Overhaul unit at Chaklala. We have been operating this plan for almost 70 years. The rebuild and overhaul unit at Nur Khan does similar work on C-130s that Kamra does on Mirages, in fact they also overhaukled foreign C-130s there. Parts globally are not a problem and we even have 4-5 retired airframes.

News is, according to this guy, that J-35s are coming to Pakistan by the end of 2025 or early 2026 - armed with PL-21s (450km BVRAAM) !!

The S400 range figures are, how can we say, massaged. In most military circles, it's known that the Russians give figures like that based on assuming extremely favourable firing conditions. As with any figures for AAM, SAMs, etc, range figures are under the most favourable parameters.

Is there any evidence of the C130 or any other aircraft being damaged/destroyed? The sattelite imagery only shows damage to the bases infrastructure.

He wont try this crap again, think the days of surgical strikes are over now. He knows that with China's help, PAF will always maintain an edge over anything that India can field. It was not a good look for India having blackouts everywhere in major cities, with no tangible wins, is going to be hard to shake off politically.

Question is what is the Indian opposition going to do with this now. He is wounded now, and his options to escalate are not there anymore.

The real question is, if India is now considered to be part of "China's sphere of influence" now ?!?!?!?!? ..

I think in the video they are not even claiming a Mirage. They meant to say 'Pakistani Illusion'.


However at the same time, I have been looking at this wreckage for such a long time it's getting tiring.

Initially I thought it's a Su-30/MiG-29 but now looking at that shock cone intake with fins that looks very much like an Atar 09C.

Anyone on this forum can probably ID it?
