Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

How did India get in such a position where a military analyst, just doing his job and sharing his view can be considered so anti national? People in Pakistan should be neutral to him, in fact giving him a projection and platform is not really needed I think

This to me, highlights the absolute value of not reverting to an echo chamber mentality, and being able to at least listen and consider criticism, you may dismiss it of course, but at least understand why you dismiss it

The Indians, essentially just looked at their GDP number, compared to Pakistan's, compared to Pakistan's international reputation, and just deduce that obviously there is no military match anymore and therefore no military analysis is needed.

This it seems, happened across 1.4 billion people.

What's the lesson? never ever get arrogant, all praise to the almighty.
They think they're the next China, if not the next rising super power. It has made them arrogant, and create a massive echo chamber (like you said).

They think they are right, and when presented with facts that oppose their views they accuse you of being an enemy agent.

When CNN reported a Rafale may have been lost and that France confirmed it, they accused CNN of being anti-Indian, and pro-Pakistan agents.

When Reuters said they had reports of up to 3 Indian fighters shot down, citing India government sources, they claimed that Reuters was a fake news agency (despite being one of the most well respected organizations in the world).

Arrogance has led to this.

Anyone that deviates from the official narrative is an enemy of the state.

This is just silly and going overboard.

True I don't agree with it, but if that dude has made a post which now attracts mass trolling from the Indian nationalists, so it hardly helped.

Yes, but it can be broken down a bit more granularly. It's not just arrogance, it's arrogance mixed in with their yearning for emotional truths to automatically be real world material truth. In this case, that means that the Pakistanis simply must be inept, relative to India's much more technologically sophisticated and richer society and military.

I've actually had a few real world encounters, that has led me to this conclusion that behind the façade is a real emotional fragility.

You have to remember that prior to say the last 20 years, the Indian brand was used to being more or less associated with poverty, backwardness and not the most masculine.

Therefore, to my mind, the more they indulge this, the more they blindly assume on the Pakistani military's capability and what they can and cannot do is to pa's benefit....... So stop engaging the quibbles, I mean everyone

I expect assassination attempts on political, military, and thought leaders inside Pakistan, as well as increased attempts on dissident Sikh leaders in the west.

They're going to try and collapse Pakistan from within.

Now more than ever Pakistan needs to cut deals, and unite internally.
Pakistan should end political rivalry unite and negotiate with leaders in jail and in opposition before someone takes advantage. Is this what you mean by cutting deal ?

Fully agree, in the coming days, weeks, months internal security will be very important. And whilst I am here on the subject may as well plug my posts on personal safety and preparedness:

After 1965 they understood that Pakistan needed to be killed from inside. And, then 1971 happened. The Pak Deep State needs to be extremely vigilant. Any sign of the slightest "Mujib" in any folk, and he/she needs to be immediately liquidated....

By the by, water was an issue then too! They wanted to build the Farakka Barrage on the Ganges. The Pak government retaliated by initiating to construct a counter barrage. Immediately, Mujib was launched with his 6-point agenda to break Pak in 1966. The rest is history...

Already said this in my last post. It is rumoured that the extension of this will be some covert activity inside Pakistan or linked to Pakistan and some provocation to goad a response.
People involved in Apr 22 have not yet been killed. So yes, it is expected something on these lines will happen. Social media is already abuzz of new assassinations.

Please realize that whatever you post here, Pakistan can pay back in spades across India's multitude of fault lines.
That aside, I fully concur with you on the need to close fronts on the domestic political front through a national reconciliation effort.

This is the cost of a military conflagration. The idiot who posted that tweet obviously has no clue that in any military confrontation, blood will be spilled, sacrifices rendered and damage taken.

India in Panic: Pakistan China and Afghanistan Unite to tackle security challenges!

A good move from China and Pakistan. It's increasingly looking like like Pak-China vs Bharat...

Not just. I'm also talking about with certain factions of Baloch separatists that can be appeased with political and social reforms in balochistan.

Mujib wasn't the problem, it was incompetence and corruption at the very top level. If Mujib had been allowed to govern, BD would still be east Pakistan.

Pakistan needs to purge its Yahya Khans and it's Zulfiqar Ali Bhuttos.

Enough of the PR nonsense. They should be preparing for the next wave of misadventures with every atom filled with concentration......
