Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

@Sam6536
Off topic but a response to you is necessary.
You are glossing over the details. The situation in Manipur is much more horrific than the outside world is allowed to know.
There are heinous crimes being committed against women, and torture and beheadings against innocent civilians,
Even in the worst instances of the terrorist activity in Baluchistan or KP , women have not been gang raped or paraded naked

I don't know how this topic is relevant in this thread and why exactly you're tagging me but this was a nationally condemned topic back when it occurred 2yrs ago in 2023.

Since then President's Rule has been imposed and Central Forces have been deployed to the region.

Manipur is an ethnic conflict. It will still take a couple of years to simmer down. Both sides have some caches of arms and armed groups, Meitei's (Hindu) major armed group was recently disbanded, there were protests due to that but it's a normal process. Barring some sporadic spurts of violence I don't see anything major happening.

FMR with Myanmar has been highly regulated.

Also it's pointless to compare ethnic conflicts on the basis of brutality/violence. Discussing the scope and events is a way more mature stand. No single event can be picked and compared.

Thanks for admitting you failed to provide proof of any such meeting.
Also just went through white house archives.
In first term, Trump met only two foreign minsiters/chiefs- Russian Lavrov and Chinese guy.

Biden did not meet any such.

Trump in his 2nd term so far has not met any foreign minister.

You went from "never meet" to "but not in his second term"

You lost an argument and now move the goal posts and wonder why no one bothers to interact with you.

Of on ignore you go Jeet....

Only one who lost an argument appears to be you as you failed to provide any proof of any Indian or Pakistani FM ever meeting US President.
The truth is they have never held a one one meeting with US President and it having ho historical precedence shows that the Pakistani claim of Jaishankar requesting Trump meet is false.
Fact is Jaishankar never met US President in Trump first term or Biden in his entire term (he is FM since 2019), so why on earth would he request now, is something Pakistanis have been unable to substantiate in their false made up claims.

Deputy Chief of Indian Army. It has, of course, its own bravado and spin. And important thing to note is India here is directly blaming China (and Turkey) for openly helping Pakistan. Another to note is that the Chinese, in real time, detected some major escalation step from India and the DGMOs from both sides talked about that.

Well, Pakistan is not only not taking any kinetic action, it is not even suggesting it could, despite its claims of military superiority against India. It seems it has given India a green light to carry out terrorist attacks against its military and civilians.
I am fairly certain that if a similar attack had occurred against India, they would have been all fire and brimstone and probably attacked Pakistan again.

You are seriously deluded. And looking at your posts in general, I tend to think you are an Indian origin member even if born in America. Nothing wrong to put Indian flag on; this is a fairly tolerant forum. To most Americans, the India-Pak conflict is not of much interest to the point of making posts like yours.

Hard to know what to make of it.

On the one hand, it's not unthinkable that China would have helped Pakistan. On the other hand, it makes sense for India to make up or exaggerate Chinese involvement so as to say they were fighting not just Pakistan but Pakistan + China.

Well, the cat is out of the bag now. Indians have been lowkey about pointing finger at China and so when the Deputy Chief of the Indian Army made that statement, it is making some news. But doesn't help India much to blame China: The West, at this point, is not interested in the Indo-Pak conflict AND by bringing up China in the Indian discourse, it doesn't help India's sense of security. They are TERRIFIED of China.

More crying by Indian generals.

Collectively they are mentally losing it, even at 4 star officer level. What is going on over there!?
