Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

Nasr is a tactical nuclear ballistic missile. Fatah is a GMLRS
You are correct - but the intention for Fatah-1 (not 2) was more in line with what Nasr has been for the PA for nearly a decade. PA Can’t indefinitely rely on their basic strategy in response to an Indian ground assault to be to just launch a tactical nuke on its own soil. For a long time the conventional gap between the two countries was big enough to where this was the only solution.

Now with SH15s and Fatah-1 this is no longer the case, PA now considers itself fully capable of holding back an Indian armored thrust conventionally, this is a massive deal given the status quo of the region since both countries for nukes.

This doesn’t mean the system Can’t be employed in other roles, modern systems are always as multi-role as possible to cut down on costs - but it also mean that Pakistan has to think twice before expending it’s Arsenal in an offensive move when they might be needed defensively.

Yes, you could tell he was being careful not to concede too much and not to divulge too much.
Indian military is a professional military. Never to be underestimated! It's just that they are currently not up to par with a China-Pakistan combine.
They are also very politically and bureaucratically limited - one only has to watch a few of the IAF chiefs’ speeches to figure out how fed up he is of their acquisition strategies and local programs. In fact the IAF has been pretty vocal about how it’s literally 10+ squadrons short of being able to fight on two fronts - it was quite a scandal the last time this was admitted so it seems they try to avoid saying it openly now, but nothing has changed since.

The “free hand” Modi gave to them came after their losses on day 1 and at least the Indian military is directly attributing them to political constrains.

Once said free hand was given they reoriented to not lose more forces - eventually ended up doing enough damage to even consider claiming a victory. If this conflict had ended on day 1 or if they were not able to claw back the few gains they did post day 1 this would be an even more humiliating endeavor for them.

1 front 4 enemies lmao

The day China actually intervene directly, it will end status quo in IoK and Zangnan.

Indian general mentioned Chinese weapons but forget to mention French, Israel, Russian and American weapons India used and still lost.

The irony is that the indian policy of essentially lashing out at Pakistan every time there's action from Kashmir Freedom Fighters guarantees a full scale war. Without providing any proof that Pakistani elements are behind such acts, any random attack by Kashmiri home grown legitimate freedom fighters could cause a full scale war. In addition, their aggressive posture against the Chinese, after decades of nothing happening on the LAC essentially means that their fear of a 'two front war', becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. I've talked about how governments, nations, ideologies, whatever you want to use, can allow themselves to sleep walk into the very belief, prophecy, or fear they hold. The hindutva indians have been banging on about their fear of a two front war, yet their very politics and policies is what's going to get them their, not anything done by China or Pakistan. Of course, both China and Pakistan are more than happy to oblige them I guess.

Only the paranoid survives - Andy Grove, a Holocaust survivor and founder of Intel Corp

It's not important what you've become, it's important what you'll be - a Turkic saying

You can turn a demon into a god by circulating fake news for ten times - a Bangla saying

The Pak folks should thank GOD for the extraordinary coping capability of the Bharati folks, no matter how severe is the catastrophe. They don't even accept any defeat or disaster. They're always happy and satisfied with the "packaging" done in their Media, Bollywood etc....

She is dead.
Dead or captive, The list of Fighter jets with their pilots that was rolled out by PK military sources earlier had no mention of shivangi rather some other pilots which means that the Loss count of IAF is higher than 7 unless shivangi was a victim of fratricide/jamming/panic related crash during the whole IAF sh*tshow.

But many Indian generals and senior staff are looting the Indian army and government contracts for all they can before the inevitable collapse of their army. Many have moved the money offshore for early retirement. They are just milking India at this point.
Any proof of this? Because this sounds like a baseless slander to me.

Al Jazeera has been generally pro Pakistan. But to hire this anchor to interview Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is questionable. It is good that Bilawal has a great command of English language and knows the nuances of the Western discourse so he has done well in the few minutes I saw of this interview.

AJ interviewed Sashi Tharoor over Phalgam recently too - the interviewer himself was ex-NDTV and did not go easy on him. Even Mr. eloquent was not doing so well.

understood..doesnt matter if it is paf or ispr someone in an official capacity needs to clarify to tax payers, to the world and most importantly to indians . they are gloating about their success that they took out a saab and an f16 in bholari. theyvarw getting good publicity on this as well as export orders. no more fxxxing dot connecting and metaphors. if all that is damaged is a nose cone then paf or ispr needs to say that all saabs are intact
They already did. They said it very clearly in the Post-Op brief that no aircraft were lost and one was slightly damaged. What more do you want them to say?

You do not respond to hilarious and ridiculous claims over and over to assert that they’re wrong - that’s the first sign that you’re trying to hide something.

Notice how the Indians are having to repeat their story over and over again to try and make it believable - meanwhile Pakistan has stuck exactly to the stance it had in the final ISPR briefing. If they start responding to every deluded twitter user their credibility goes down the drain too.
