For the Nth time... Majority Indians, don't want any part of Pakistan and are perfectly happy to leave Pakistan on its own...
I am not here to defend Modi or to attest to his state of mind, so won't respond to then why did he say this or that. The fact is India has had diplomatic relations with Pakistan as a sovereign entity - everything else is hogwash
Many time, our curiosity is taken as obsession - in similar vein I can say every member on this thread is obsessed with India.
Lastly, on the India-Pakistan conflict, I think it has petered out pretty much. No major moves being made and both parties back to square one.

A good post with some merits in it. Not that I believe that 'majority' usually has much say in foreign affairs; actually they rarely do!!!
But Pakistanis cannot ignore the belligerence and the militarism in India-Pakistan relationships since Modi came to power ten years ago. If India could, it would take the Pakistani part of Kashmir. There is no question about at least that. So that's territorial gain and recently Russia, Azerbaijan, Israel and China have acquired territories using violence as means. India would, if it could. Pakistan would take Indian Occupied Kashmir, if it could. The world is a jungle, especially in last 5 years.

If this is true, my guess is 2 Rafales, 1 MIG-29, 1 SU-30, 1 Mirage 2000

Issue is PAF are claiming 4 Rafales but 6 kills in total, so unsure what the other two types are

India is now trying to warm up to China. They sent a high level delegation there this week and their analyst community is attacking the US & painting them unreliable.

They think an economic cooperation with China will make Pakistan less useful to China and hence would isolate Pakistan. India’s entire foreign policy is Pakistan centric. It’s Pakistan that dictates who India deals with.

In fact, the Hindu nationalists don’t even see Pakistan as a legitimate nation. They see it as a rogue subordinate. They hold the view that Pakistan will ultimately rejoin India and Pakistanis would convert to idol worship. It’s a crazed worldview but a real and direct threat to Pakistan.

President Trump takes such betrayals personally. It must be an eye opener to the US policymakers who take any attempt on the US$ as an act of war....
