Pakistan is getting dry

If India handled water resources the way China does, Pakistan wouldn't even be having this conversation. China has built massive dams on rivers flowing into other countries, often with zero consultation or concern for downstream effects. India, on the other hand, strictly follows the Indus Waters Treaty, a treaty that actually gives Pakistan more water than any other country in a cross-border agreement.

If India took a China-style approach, it could have unilaterally controlled, diverted, or dammed rivers without giving Pakistan a say. Instead, India abides by a treaty that has been in place for over six decades, despite repeated hostility from the other side. If anything, Pakistan should be grateful that India respects the IWT.
Because, the other countries are not capable or let's say have nothing to bargain on with China.
If India could do it too, I would without any hesitation. But hey it's not Bangladesh, it's Pakistan.

100%

Pakistanis have left the fate of the country in the hands of the corrupt. The supreme leaders of GHQ are only interested in making $$$ and sending their offsprings to Miami with Green Cards.
No one who has halfway decent living in Pakistan gives a fuk about green card .....

Take a look at water wastage in Pakistan and you'll see why. Dams not built in Sind, Punjab etc. No point with morons in charge.

Pakistan's problems stem from lack of booze and sex ..... well , they will get everything in jannat

Actually its problem is liberal seculars using religion to suppress a large portion of free thought and progression. The liberal seculars you ascribe to freely access sex and booze and make borderline mental retarded decisions, a lot like you on pdf. Paid “mullahs” agreeing with everything Booze drinking atheist generals and people like you who haven’t done a damn thing for the country except kiss the dirty, stinky subhuman behind of Indians and other non Muslims for validation. The seculars sold the country out while the religious ones fought for it.

Karsaz incident is actually a perfect allegory of what's wrong with Pakistan and who-rules-who

Hey Pak Army and establishment, will you please try to take Kashmir and Ladakh back so that we can stop India from making more dams on Pakistani waters? If China doesn't help then I think we should help those who will help us in this regards. India is becoming greener and greener, and Pakistan is drying up fast. If you will not act now, you might never be able to act.

India was always greener compared to Pakistan and 25% of its land mass is still under dense forests with almost all types species....... and that makes India among top 10 jungle rich countries......
Just watch the videos traveling in both countries by road and you will see India is always greener jungle rich that makes journey also pleasant...... whereas Pakistan when I see such videos I always see flat land with naked mountains, deserts...... it looks like Iran......

Pakistan has plenty of water, rainfall over the last few decades has increased in Pakistan

What Pakistan requires is dams, and water reservoirs

And to be fair Pakistan has built multiple dams and reservoirs but mostly up north, in Kashmir, Punjab and parts of KP

Jahilat and stupidity down south in Sindh a d balochistan and KP meant every dam project In those areas was opposed, or attacked or their was so much fassad that it was impossible

Take Kala Bagh as a example

As long as India does not break the rules and restrictions of the IWT, we can't complain and need to convince the dum dums in some of these areas for the need of dams and reservoirs

Yes, according to recent research, rainfall in Pakistan is increasing, particularly in the form of extreme monsoon events, with the most significant increase observed in the southern regions of the country, largely attributed to climate change and warming in the Middle East which enhances summer rainfall over Pakistan; this trend was most evident in the record-breaking rainfall experienced in 2022 causing devastating floods.
Key points about increasing rainfall in Pakistan:
Significant rise in recent decades:
Studies show a notable increase in regional rainfall over Pakistan and northwestern India, with some reports indicating a 46% rise in rainfall since 1979.
Intensified monsoon events:
While the overall rainfall is increasing, the most concerning aspect is the rise in intensity of monsoon rains, leading to more extreme flooding events.
2022 floods as an example:
The devastating floods in Pakistan during 2022 are considered a prime example of the extreme rainfall patterns linked to climate change, with significantly higher rainfall than previous years, particularly in the southern plains.
Climate change factors:
The increased rainfall is linked to warming temperatures in the Middle East which influence atmospheric patterns and drive more moisture towards Pakistan.

We need dam building to be faster then ever

India down south is completely different to what Pakistan is

Pakistan is mountains in the north, valleys and fertile planes in Punjab and Kashmir and KP

Only Sindh and balochistan is a mixture of mountains and arid areas

Well , you got historical precedence to claim sovereignty over Europe and north America ......hope you won't forget your iron brother and will share the loot with him.

Is this poster an another Indian larping as a Pakistani? Can anyone shed some light?

In the first comment, he toned down his remarks from “Jannat” to heavens. Lowered his vileness for some reason.

@all Is there anyone who can paste here the satellite view of India and Pakistan from 2012 to now?
So you have no evidence for your claim? Percipitation/rainfall has remained consistent. If anything it has been trending upward in recent years

Yep , flooding is a problem but it can solved without making huge investment.......my personal feeling is that climate change is a blessing in disguise for Pakistan , looking forward to greener Sindh and balauchistan .
