وہ 1928 میں ہانگ کانگ میں پیدا ہوئے تھے، ان کے والد پولیس میں تھے. 1941 میں جاپان نے ہانگ کانگ پر قبضہ کرلیا. 1944 میں عزیز بھٹی کو جاپانی بحریہ میں بھرتی کرلیا گیا. 1945 میں ان کا خاندان ہندوستان واپس آگیا. 1946 میں رائل انڈین ایر فورس میں شامل ہوگئے، اور 1947 میں پاکستان ایر فورس میں. 1948 میں ان کی درخواست پر انہیں بری فوج میں بھیج دیا گیا.

he preferred to serve Japs then the English, thats why, he was there on that day in 1965!
