Plasma cloud from something like HGV would last 30 seconds to 5 minutes, tops. Few things don't add up for it to be a natural phenomenon. There appears to be a trajectory of a sort here. But then again, I am not a weather expert.

How is it a brilliant law when many people who are even PhD know Horse sh#t about their field in our country. While there are many people who have no formal degree but have much more knowledge. I am saying this based on the fact that a few of my friends work as ghostwriters for writing thesis. if it could be confirmed that Chinese trail of the test, was during the summer, then, 'natural phenomenon' would die natural death!
