Think that's something lost in translation, could mean anything. Fatah I/II and Smash are all single stage rockets. It's possible F3/4 could be dual stage, but we haven't seen them yet.
Yes. That video is lost I think. He said glide vehicle comes out. But video evidence is not there for the test showing the same.
Not two stage but his explanation was, it boosts then a glide vehicle comes out that goes to the target. But like I said, haven’t seen video evidence in tests.
F2's footage shows warhead/glide vehicle on impact, I watched it in slow mo, don't know about this one but even the dia is way bigger than F2. Around 700-800mm

F2 is seven and a half metres, that circle you see has dia of 10 metres, why does it looks so small in comparison to it, to better understand this watch footage of F1, which clearly shows a whole rocket.
