Exactly ! And despite the misunderstanding that RC-135S looks for Ballistic missiles only .. actually, RC-135S is mostly deployed to check for Hypersonic Missiles and Glide Vehicles. This is a recent specialty of RC-135S and as of recently, US is known to fly it during Hypersonic tests, not regular ballistic tests.

US would not deploy a RC-135S to check out a regular Ballistic missile, those are not a big deal these days and Pakistan already has a lot of them. For them to send a RC-135S over means this is specifically some high-tech missile in Hypersonic categories that the US wanted to monitor and assess.
