Its not about technological know how or superiority with anyone its about the effort you are putting into capacity building if you are failing no problem No regrets you tried your level best but in the case of pak it looks like they are not even trying which they will regret because in the end people will point finger towards them no matter what. If anyone has any contacts or realtives in the higher authorities of this domain from this forum tell them "at least fail trying" may allah help us.
