Initially Z-9Ds were rumoured to be coming with 054A/Ps. We need them definitely but ability of funds is major issue.

There is already a tender out for medium size helicopters for 054A/Milgem/Yarmook class. Don’t be surprised if we get a European chopper.

Well dont PA and PAF operate AW-139? Its specd very similar to the Black Hawk which may be the quintessential multi mission military helicopter. Would make sense if going for a European option, to go for AW-139 with Leonardo installing an electronics suite and weapons systems. Would include Surface radar (probably seaspray variant), sonobouy launcher with stub wings for depth charge, ATGM missiles (AR-1/Barq), light torpedo, or depth charges. But a European one is likely cost prohibitive. Likely Z-9D or Z-20 would be most logical.
