mig29upg mirage 2000 and su 30
It was either Mig 29 or su30. confusion was from engine or ejection seat found in Ramban district .
since one pilot was taken to hospital acc to locals, it was confirmed that it was mig 29.

Pakistan imported almost 270 turbojet engines in 2017-16 only from Ukraine and Czech Republic.
May be not all of them were for cruise missiles, even if half of them were for cruise missiles, i assume we produced 100+ in just two years.

So I don't know if you have some inside info but from publicly available data, educated guess is we have baburs in good stocks.
So , THE EXPORTER IS NAMED AS PRVNI BRNESKA STROJIRNA. PARAGUE (PBS)
The same company who makes TJ series of turbojets used in numerious cruise missiles and small scale aircrafts around the world. so this probably seems like for the CM program , and the order is by NESCOM. BUT they can be for the target drones developed by Nescom...

Three minimum have quite solid evidence of being shot down, potential fourth too but could be a MALE drone, 5th has little evidence but a claim exists.

sad to hear . But tbh i will place the bet on babur being in larger in number then the
Shaheen 2/3 deffo . its just that the program has been continued for so long and quite some tests and pics have been released .
not need to maintain them in very large numbers. A force of around 50 of each type would likely be sufficient for that role. This is also why Pakistan developed a separate rocket force, distinguishing conventional missile systems such as the Fatah series from the Shaheen series, which fall under the National Command Authority (NCA).

remember we have turbojet powered rek's
Wouldn’t those be much smaller type made locally, similar to what are being used in target drones?

Reactions: HRK
No they actually did , It is just a simple MLRS with a simple trajectory so nothing wrong in intercepting wiith it
Dude come on we have videos of udhampur airbases from multiple angles getting pounded by F1s.

Nope we waren't even making our of REKs during this time around. They were being imported from china, indigenous stuff in REKs started in late 2018s and mini turbojet powered REKs were introduced in late 2024s.
So engines were definitely for our CMs,
And secondly you put in an engine like that for a REK.
Give them credit where it's due.
Most probably we are making engines for our CMs in house hence the export options
