If this is a air strike - this will be the deepest strike inside Iran and very close to Pakistan airspace, too close for comfort, considering we also have operations inside ASTAN right now.

I apologize; I am not sure what you are referring to. I am unable to understand your meaning.

According to current reports, this Type 054A frigate is scheduled to conduct a joint military exercise with the Pakistan Navy.

In accordance with standard protocol, it would likely return home following the exercise. However, should the situation in the region continue to deteriorate, the possibility that it remains stationed in the area cannot be ruled out. Of course, China would typically employ "appropriate political language" to characterize such a move.
