Russian quote of Vladmir Lenin comes to mind:Decades in thought but maybe just months in materializing and I tend to think Netanyahu's folly of attacking Qatar become the final nail in the coffin for the Arabs: Blogs after blogs are saying Netanyahu and his minions attacks on neighboring countries and about the Greater Israel plans became the catalysts for this accord between Pakistan and KSA. We should remember that until just a few months ago, the Saudis were pushing Pakistan to not retaliate against India after the May 6/7 skirmish. So, until then, the Saudis and other GCC countries just wanted to keep the status quo.
In the end, decisions are made by just a few people on top. We give too much credit to 'democracy'. The Trump Presidency, despite being in a well established democracy, is heavily influenced by Trump's personal worldview and biases; there is hardly any 'checks and balances' left in America right now. So what to speak of what an absolute monarch like the Saudi king thought of the recent insults and threats from Israel?? The Arabs ensured to not help the Americans-Israelis to attack Iran and perhaps may have even facilitated the face-saving arrangement to defuse that situation which would be harmful to not only Iran but also to the Americans and the Israelis. But through that facilitation, they also saw the limits of the American power in the region, which an esteemed member above failed to see.
This is a different Middle East for sure.
Silly twitter post. Iran is simply no longer a viable player in the middle east anymore. Thought we all saw that with the way Israel beat up Iran. Sanctioned to hell and back, no air force, and no real friends who will put their necks on the line for them.

If India and Israel sign such pact, it will limit Pakistans capability to strike Israel as this will result in an strike from Indian side.
However if China is involved in Pak Saudi pact then it will be different situation.
But then USA might show up on India Israels side...
There are many possibilities.
Pakistan did not kill ANY Palestinians. Brig. Zia-ul-Haq was in command of a Jordanian formation and his troops carried out some anti-militant operations.Arab-Pak relations are so passive-aggressive.
Do you think Pakistan is not hypocritical about Palestinians as well? How many Palestinians did Pakistan kill during Black September? Hundreds? Thousands? Call Indians hypocrites if you want, but they never directly killed Palestinians.
On the other hand, Pakistan is seen as doing the Arabs' bidding, including the killing of Palestinians. And you wonder why Palestinians gravitate towards India.
Kazakhastan President getting put in his place by Putin. Nuclear deterrence makes you the hunter instead of the hunted.
Israel knows the old grandpa population is dying and new arbs dont mind it ..its just same way they waited for old great grand pa population to die before taking everything in 1967"Netanyahu is losing his mind" as said by the Palestinian blogger MahmoodOD in a video I posted above.
There was absolutely no need to attack Qatar!! And after doing that, the Israelis asserted their right to strike where-ever. Good God, how stupid they have become in their arrogance!!!
Going forward, Israel should be very very careful watching what, if any, Pakistani missiles are going to be deployed in western Saudi Arabia!!!!
Just one of Pakistan's many delusions over the years. This agreement has no bearing on India's relationship with the Middle East, which is robust.Pakistanis know Indians better than anyone. Now the middle east finally got to understand what we have been trying to tell everyone.
