Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan makes a profound statement: “I’ll just say this… We—the Turks, Arabs, Kurds, and Persians—have foiled a conspiracy. The future will reveal just how bloody and malicious it was.

This statement confirms that what happened was not merely a war, but a comprehensive conflict aimed at pitting the peoples of the region against one another. But what happened was exactly the opposite. The four countries stood as one, 🇵🇰🇸🇦🇹🇷🇪🇬 united in their stance, and the conspiracy was thwarted in its infancy. 🦅

Considering Pakistan is the third signatory to the US-Iran deal, it can be argued it is not only the mediator but the guardian of the terms/maintaining the peace.

One good role could a fleet PAF Erieye (which have demonstrated the capability of CEC in 2025) to patrol in a north south orbit between the Turkish border, down through Iraq and over Northern Saudi, keeping Israel and Iran apart. Next another set of Erieye could orbit over the Persian gulf.

The Erieye can pick up small objects, perhaps with an addition of a long IRST pod to confirm what has been picked up by the radar.

A good thing Saudi could do is put in a rush order for 6-8 Global Eye AWACS. Ideally mounted on a Global 8000, to maximize the range and the payload that can be carried, to make it as future proof as possible.

BTW, Pakistan role highlighted on CNN, Pak-Saudi Defense agreement directly referenced on CNN at 8:50

Yeah, in this case we may actually need the full set up including the maritime package. For sure we can supply manpower. I would be very surprised if PAF personnel are not helping out a lot with RSAF's 2 Erieyes already.

On another note with PAF's expertise in reebuild and repair and our numbers of Erieye surprised we have not pitched SAAB to make us a regional hub for the type if we buy Globaleye.

Having said that, seems Chinese AEW will be the future now

If Chinese AEW are the future, Pakistan perhaps should reach out to China and see if a fleet of 4-6 KJ-700E (optimized to detect stealth, Long range IRST, and possibly smaller and slower objects) could be produced for the role. A sale of the KJ-700E could also give China first hand data on Israeli F-35s.

SAAB could be contracted out to sell a Fleet of 4-6 GlobalEyes, and the two fleets could be used together, and allow two suppliers to make deliveries faster than one supplier could.

Yeah, would much rather have Chinese tech then rely on western tech in monitoring Israel

Also, it would mutually beneficial for Saudis to help arrange for the needed raw materials for Pakistan to accelerate the nuclear program. The regional threats to Saudi’s are now explicitly from the Northwest.

A mix is good, because the Erieye has been tested in battle by the PAF, and we may not want to datalink some weapons or sensors with a Chinese platform, to keep some of tech/capabilities on the Chinese platform secret until active kinetic warfare.

This is the strategic depth that Pakistan needed and now on a path to accomplishing. Flying the Awacs out of Saudi with enough coverage for Pakistan Air Space during times of warfare with the indians that can provide long distance targeting. Just my two cents

Trump claims he stopped ‘great leader’ Erdogan from bringing Turkey into war on Iran’s side

US president says Turkish leader was ‘a prime candidate’ to join the conflict ‘because he’s not a big fan of Israel,’ hints at potential F-35 sale

In a nutshell the article says ! Hezbollah must be disarmed and it will be disarmed...not sure you are going to like this part.
The Saudis can come and try and lets see how far they can go. Telling Muslims to give up arms only to be slaughtered by the Salafists and Zionists. I will catch flak for this but Pakistan will not participate in any such foolish move. Iran and Hezbollah share actual families ties as many are intermarried between the two groups. The Iranians will not give up Hezbollah so easily like Pakistan has given up on Kashmirs so its a fools errand.
