Well well this is interesting. Looks like Saudis chickened out early to make this deal with us. Anyhow one advantage here for Pakistan is if Israel attempts to attack Pakistan Pakistan could potentially use Saudi air space to attack Israel.

People forget history, it was your saudis that bank rolled our entire nuclear program.. After Pakistan’s 1998 nuclear tests, when sanctions cut off Western aid, KSA stepped in with financial support and energy supplies, kept us from literally bankrupting ourselves multiple times. Even to this day, we rely on their oil on deferred payments and their money in our foreign reserves.

Now did any of that involve Saudis defending Pakistan? Pakistani military personnel were at one point in just about every nook and crany of the Saudi military what they threw our way was basically chump change to them, I definitely know that you don't believe that the Saudis are going to be tripping over themselves to fight in Pakistan's defense.

Lol, we responded with shooting down 8 aircraft , grounding their airforce for 2 days and hitting dozens of bases. Let me ask you this ? What did Qatar do in response? Israelis have never been able to attack a country with a professional airforce.

This isn't NATO. About $$, how much Saudis can give anyway? Pakistan federation need to do reforms to reduce deficit along with new NFC award. Otherwise debt will keep pilling on and Saudis will not bail you out of your stupid economic management.

Okay so here is a conspiracy theory just for the sake of it.... Saudis wanted to lock Pakistan in with themselves because Pak funded by other GCC countries and brotherly nations could have become a major challenge to have a say on... In this defense agreement, we might have the skill and the longer stick but Saudis can buy us more sticks if we break ours and consequently control us where we can and can't use our stick so it doesn't break...
