Saudi Arabia doesn't need Fatah MRLS systems. It is well equipped with 180 units of M270 HIMARS with ATACMS / GMLRS with a 300 km striking range. It also has smaller wheeled vehicle mounted Brazilian Astros 2 , and South Korean K239 systems. These systems, by agreement with the USA and other suppliers are deployed only in southern Saudi Arabia directed at Iran and Yemen far away from the Jordanian border. Saudi Arabia can only use these systems against Iran or Yemen and HIMARS have been used against Houthi forces in Yemen

The primary goal of the Saudis is to supply their customers with oil. They derive all their wealth from that. India is 3rd largest customer of petroleum (at some point they move to 2nd). No amount of tactical dealings with Pakistan changes that.

There is no shortage of oil buyers. If India buys from Russia then someone else will buy from Saudis. Which already happened. And what happens if India stop buying Saudi oil? The number of Indians working in SA start decreasing.

See you have no leverage. Someone else will buy Saudi oil but you will loss billions of $ in remittances and trade. Workers that are easily replaceable.

I don't believe in this being mutual security. It sounds like a one sided deal.

In a future confrontation with India I have complete doubts over any of the gulf states being supportive towards Pakistan. They will remain impartial at best.

This is spot on. For sure Israel has all the useful info it requires on Saudi, UA and Qatari aircraft and missiles.

Pakistan has good relationships with all Muslim nations. They can help to be a glue for Turkey, Iran, Saudi and other ME country relations. This for me is the biggest strategic advantage of this defence pact. Iran and Turkey have trust in Pak and will not be threatened by this. To the contrary I expect this to have a positive effect with them.

Very well said and in case any such conflict of interest arises between both parties and they are somehow not able to talk bilaterally, they will know for sure that Pakistan has good relations with the other party and therefore if we present our case then Pakistan can act as a mediator. Sort of like how Qatar has been mediating between first the Taliban and the USA + NATO and then trying really hard to mediate between Hamas and USA + Israel. Pakistan can play that role of Oman or Qatar in mediating between rival "Islamic" entities who will both trust the word of Pakistan. Pakistan qualifies for this role, because of its very tough history of warfare and conflict, internal & cross border terrorism, foreign agents operating and causing trouble inside, proxy wars, getting used and then duped by world power, political engineering etc. this all adds to the experience (although negative) Pakistan gained which most of these countries don't have.

Of course Pakistan it self has to make it self ready for such situations and not get bogged down with "grouping" among the "Ummah" countries as well as steer clear of any controversies and maintain a trustworthy approach.
