OSCAR and Dark Angel II are ew ones "to us" but given that the other systems on that page are operational, it maybe that these two are also operational but not declared (until now).

They did what they were supposed to do, they created clutter and other loitering munitions were able to Pierce through. CM400 hit marks and they created overall chaos. They are expendable low cost cheap stuff.

Oscar and arrow 1 seems to be the same thing.
Same thing for lighting 1 and dark angel
