Turkey suppressed the PKK quite successfully and utilises it's drones quite well.

24hr ISR surveillance is active in northern side. PAF possesses a very large amount of UAVs but until recently they have all been based in the north.
Though even some FC Wings have thermal fitted Quad copters available at Wing Level. While larger VTOLs are also there under PA.

Yeah those quadcopter mortar drop videos are being released pretty frequently now. That is a great tool for those kind of ops.

There is a inter services organization that we have, it is supposed to have intelligence on such movements. Unless their energy is being spent elsewhere.

Apart from its usual ISR role, The entire point of a drone program to target militants is to act as QRF and to greatly replace intelligence borne operations, especially outside populated areas.

The entire fleet is almost useless without intelligence agencies doing their job. Let's not forget, the American drone program was primarily a CIA drone program

I alluded to this point in a previous post somewhere.

More than anything, it seems purely an agency coordination issue. Someone told me once that the JS HQ is pretty non-existent as an inter-agency coordination point, but that was wayyyy back. Things do seem to have improved after the WoT ops.

Would be great to hear from somebody better informed about how the process currently goes and how the intelligence input is factored in. For example, are any convoy movements within the AOR conveyed to the operators of the drone? Do they have plans at all times to quickly reach the area?

Same goes for IBOs and so on.

Umm no, already 2 arab countries now rely on NRTC for supplying long range COMINT Jammers now.

I ask because relatives offered to take it to the largest one a while back for anti-UAV systems post the attack on the field and they had nothing besides a display prototype and dragged their feet until eventually the country lost interest and went with other suppliers.

I am guessing u are talking about pre 2021, Anti UAV jammers wouldn't probably have been ready by then.

Post - about 1.5 years back. regardless, unless they broke through again that large customer everyone from China to an unknown out of Monaco capitalized on it.

Im pretty sure around 1.5 years the saudis already had there indiegnous CUAS systems as well as those polish CUAS systems in service by then so idk why they would be looking for more types. And NRTC has already sold EW systems to the Saudis so them not selling a CUAS to SA totally doesnt make any sense

A Shahpar-2 Block 2 of Pakistan Air Force somewhere at an operational airbase. Shahpar-2 Block 2 is a MALE (Medium Altitude Long Endurance) UCAV capable of carrying 4 air-to-ground munitions as well as advance Zumar-II EO system.

Low altitude and high speeds suggests Mushshak from Risalpur than a UAV. Tracked three of them at the same time around the same area today. Unless something went down in charsadda today, these look like trainers.
