My Village wedding food.
Katwa Ghost is a famous Traditional Dish of Taxila, Swabi, Haripur, Mianwali, Hassan Abdal, Attock, Ghazi, Chach, Mansehra, Burhan and Ghurghushti offered as one Dish in Weddings. Katwa means “Clay Pot”. and Gosht means Meat.
People use Special Clay Pots to Cook this Dish and Serve it in Clay Plates.
Cooking time : 4 to 5 hours
Very Very Delicious !
