We can actually buy those "karachi bun kebabs" here as they're being exported. Saw them at my local iqbal foods store. Alongwith Sheermals, and other stuff.
However, they can never match the freshly made!
It takes me back to college days in Islamabad where we used to have "bun samosa" and bun kebabs at lunch in the college cafeteria/canteens!
Back then it was Rs2 each lol. Even Rs 2 was big back then

Long Chiray the old delicious eating item .
Very rarely seen now a days in Karachi's bazars...... its besan ki phulkiyan..soaked in water like we do for dahi baray..and served with chutneys.
اس کی بسن کی پھلکیان..اہی بلے جیسے پانی میں ڈوبا ہوا..اور چٹنیوں کے ساتھ پیش کیا۔
