صوبے بنائیں مگر یہ بات مدنظر رہے کہ پلان صرف جاہلوں کو جاہلوں اور غنڈوں سے بدلنے کا ہے تو پھر چلنے دیں پاکستان جیسا چل رہا ہے۔ ہوگا کچھ بھی نہیں اور لوگ آپس اور لڑ جائیں گے۔
