Members of SSG(Zarrar Unit) somewhere in the mountains hunting T’s, this is the first time I have seen Quad NVGs in Pakistani use.

I don't think these are Zarrar troops. These are likely members of one of the Cdo Bn. Zarrar detachment has a very specific role.
