Not as much now.
Who told you that ? The medical tourism to Turkiye for nose jobs, liposuction and hair implants alone is huge. Not as much now.
Since you are championing about KPK's sehat card perhaps you can enlighten us.what are they gonna get in KPK when a bigger and richer province like Punjab can't provide the facilities? lots of people go to India for treatment, are you going to label them as traitors now?
Dude a 2nd or a 3rd tier city of Punjab is way more developed than Peshawar and I just came from Peshawar not long ago. It was a total shit show. They might, so many hospitals and medical facilities have been built in Peshawar in last 15 years. People from all over province and Afghanistan come for medical treatment. Once word gets out people from other parts of Pakistan will come too.
great so what is your point ? Punjab getting better isn't a problem for any of us.Since you are championing about KPK's sehat card perhaps you can enlighten us.
People don't need to go to India anymore now for some things. Kidney transplant was one of biggest issues here. There is a massive hospital in Lahore that doesn't charge patients which btw was shut down briefly by IK's favorite judge without cause. People are extremely happy it's back and running and this is one of the reasons why people vote for PML-N.
A 2nd or 3rd tier city in Punjab has a huge privilege that Peshawar doesnt have. You know what that is ? Not having to deal with the fallout of 50 years of failed policy of seeking strategic depth in Afghanistan.Dude a 2nd or a 3rd tier city of Punjab is way more developed than Peshawar and I just came from Peshawar not long ago. Turkiye is my second home. I know what goes there more than any non turk here. It's not what it was few years ago. People have better options in Eastern Europe.Who told you that ? The medical tourism to Turkiye for nose jobs, liposuction and hair implants alone is huge.
the inflation problem in Turkey has put some dents in its tourism industry, including medical. It has given a chance to Eastern Europe to seek patients. That doesnt mean its game over for Turkiye. Pakistanis also go there for medical tourism.Turkiye is my second home. I know what goes there more than any non turk here. It's not what it was few years ago. i was talking about free health cards that was given to all Pakistanis, not just KPK. You are championing Punjab's health facilities but Nawaz sharif has to go to London for routine checkups?Since you are championing about KPK's sehat card perhaps you can enlighten us.
I never said it was perfect. But anyone who thinks Buzdar was a better CM or past and current setup in KPK is performing better than others is seriously delusional. Obviously there is room for improvement in Punjab and there will be room for improvement.great so what is your point ? Punjab getting better isn't a problem for any of us.
Punjab gives away more than 6% of its shares to other provinces. It's not Punjab's fault if women don't have rights in KPK and it's not Punjab's fault if KPK leads the country in electricity theft. Even if you argue security is an issue, does that stop development initiatives? Surely not every city is affected by terrorism for instance the Hazara region.A 2nd or 3rd tier city in Punjab has a huge privilege that Peshawar doesnt have. You know what that is ? However, the rate at which things are happening here is mind-blowing and it won't be wrong to say Maryam is popular. Everywhere you go in my city there are kilometers of new sewerage pipes dug to be installed, waste management teams, electric buses, new pedestrian pathways, electricity wires going underground, removal of encoarchments, more cameras and better policing and what not. There is no reason to be discouraged with what is happening here.
I can start insulting Punjab just based on what happens repeatedly in Kasur alone but i am not going to stoop to your level.Punjab gives away more than 6% of its shares to other provinces. It's not Punjab's fault if women don't have rights in KPK and it's not Punjab's fault if KPK leads the country in electricity theft.
Political stability and security are directly tied to development. You can build 50 schools but then they get burned down by TTP who are byproduct of chasing strategic depth in Afghanistan for 50 years.Even if you argue security is an issue, does that stop development initiatives? Quite frankly if what was happening to Peshawar and Quetta since 1979 was happening to Lahore, strategic depth would have been abandoned decades ago. That is the sort of privilege Punjab enjoys. But we dont talk about this in polite company.

Its perfectly understandable to anyone who has lived outside bubble of Takht e Lahore.Still not a good enough reason as to why Peshawar has been so neglected in the last 10 years.

And I love how you jump right to the end state.I love how you claim that pathans are being alienated by equating PTI to terrorism when the same PTI is conducting twitter spaces with the murderers of Pakistani kids. Just yesterday, Imran Khan’s official twitter account along with his paid touts like Major Adil Raja were conducting a space with Ehsan Ullah who literally was the TTP spokesperson when hundrers of kids were murdered in army public school.
Some of you need to look inwards rather than crying foul. Problem is within you. No one asked the pathans to vote on ethnic lines. No one asked them to keep electing PTI.
