Bro their country. If the wanted communism in their country, why should USA have any bone in it ? It's the problem with America who look at the world from its own lens of friends and foes. For America there is no neutral ground. Either you are in favor of it or against it. Either you are the one making it happy or causing it displeasure. The world can not operate that way. No country can think of "what USA will think of it or react to this" before any new initiative.
