That is the standard position of the Islamic countries on Israel. If Israel allows for a Palestinian state and gives them their natural rights, the Muslim countries will recognize Israel in return. This has been the case since 2002. It's why people were angry at Abraham Accords because it ignored the Palestinians and focused instead on money making with Israel.

So I can safely conclude that PTI has no straight forward answer to some basic scenario based questions. They just play mental gymnastics and never come to the point.
