Good. Another treacherous drama queen pretending to be innocent and using religion to get out of the country to attack Pakistan from abroad like his treacherous brethren, Moeed Peerzada and Wajahat S. Khan in the US and Adil Raja in the UK to name a few.

Why do people let themselves "arrested " by people who got no identity? Just drive away
Because they have guns. Back on topic, this saga regarding arrest and re-arrest is shameful especially when the detained person was traveling with the intention to perform hajj.

Stop defaming our army folks. You wanna do hajj go do it. You wanna go do ziarat, fine! Don’t drag our gubment in this. Pakistan gubment can’t be seen as religious theology nor secular. Our poor army looking at survival here in these tough environments. Our army has to look out for itself or else the country’s goin be dismantled in short order.

Thank you. 🙏

American Resistance to a Standing Army

In June of 1787, James Madison addressed the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia on the dangers of a permanent army. “A standing military force, with an overgrown Executive will not long be safe companions to liberty,” he argued. “The means of defense against foreign danger, have been always the instruments of tyranny at home. Among the Romans it was a standing maxim to excite a war, whenever a revolt was apprehended. Throughout all Europe, the armies kept up under the pretext of defending, have enslaved the people.”

I read about the drama at the Sargodha courthouse where PTI MNA and workers were granted bail, but then the police showed up and blocked the entrances and exits to re-arrest them. It's frustrating to see these individuals seeking investments from around the world while such incidents occur. I'm starting to wonder if these people have turned Pakistan into a circus or an asylum.

Were they arrested for the same charge? I.e. double jeopardy

Imran Riaz Khan has been arrested once again. The Islamabad High Court had granted him permission to go for Hajj today.

Poor man has paid a lot of price amd stood steadfast. Anyway he was pretty quite recently but seems like establishment does not want to give any leeway or indication of going soft.

Anyone who calls themselves Muslim and kidnaps Muslims performing hajj are no longer Muslim.
one who stops Haji from going to Haj will be cursed for eternity
He is speaking truth. Truth hurts.. don’t be upset. You don’t know what Blunder they have committed in a country like Pakistan which has 98% Muslim population.

Despite accepting your right of being the thekedars of Islam and of using it as paper towel in every single situation, kindly let's not get carried away with every single incident and start making nonsensical statements. There is nothing all-encompassing stopping the state and/or the law from arresting anyone during Hajj or in Ihram. Pretty obtuse to suggest otherwise, that too out of thin air. One also doesn't cease to be a Muslim just because you want him/her to. You have no right to excommunicate anyone from Islam, as per, you know, Islam.

Instead, oppose and protest the actual injustice which is the illegal arrest of a journalist for opposing an authoritarian setup. You might actually help the cause this way.

This is an institutional problem not one of individual, something people are still failing to grasp.

This is a societal problem, the institution does not import its members. Every one of us acts the exact same authoritarian way whenever given the chance.

Correct the same charges, and this time, police from a different jurisdiction, Mianwali, came to besiege the court.

What will this accomplish? Silencing some prominent people for a while via arresting their family members? It only makes the situation worse, because without any other change in the political-economy, people are just left with harmless venting for which they are being singled out.

The unprecedented moves shock the national psyche over and over again. Many older Pakistanis will see today’s Pakistan like East Germany in the 80s; can’t deliver economically so doubles down over and over again on these methods. Reminders me of the film Goodbye Lenin, as to how much could change once this period passes and the people demand a complete change of the society.

Learning from their Zionist masters' playbook

Pray tell me how do you Abolish and restart?
Three examples in recent and semi-recent memory, disbanding of Wehrmacht at the end of WW2, disbanding and complete re-org of Shah's Pehlvi dynasty Imperial Army, and of course last but not least disbanding of Afghan National Army (ANA).

That isn’t abolishing the organization as was suggested by an extremist post.
Extremist is a relative term. Those protecting and shilling for colonial jamedars and defending their unconstitutional and illegal fascism are the real extremists.
