And how do you even know what he claimed regarding the cipher was a lie? Have you actually read the original transcript of that cipher which the govt never released in public?

As far as I remember, Supreme Court, also validated Gen Musharraf's dictatorship until the decision was overruled years later.

As far as I remember, Supreme Court, also validated Gen Musharraf's dictatorship until the decision was overruled years later.

I do not think we need any more proof here that none are more blind than those who choose not to see.

Oh it's IK's testimony. Please don't present the testimony of the "accused" - I hope you can understand why it doesn't make for a good evidence because - any accused who begs not guilty doesn't automatically makes them not guilty - that's how it works. So if you are going to provide evidence for the narrative you told me earlier, please at least provide one that doesn't involve "conflict of interest"

Some facts:

1. There was a previous court verdict that convicted IK in the cipher case.

2. The IHC set aside the verdict due to a technicality over the procedure for a jail trial, not the merit of the case itself.

3. That single judge IHC order was appealed by the government. What was the result?

So what does one conclude from that?
