Nawaz Sharif was jailed under flimsy charges which were financial in nature. But Imran Khan has way more than that. He's a security threat, and continues to propagate for the enemy from inside the jail. He supports Taliban and other terrorists, that's why this is very much justified.

if a public officer holder cannot prove how he got his wealth he is corrupt. that is pretty much the universal definition... NS could not explain how he made his billions .. and Panama papers exposed him

Just like Imran Khan took bribe from Malik Riaz in shape of land and other perks for his wife's witch university, and got his fine paid in the Supreme Court from proceeds of crime? And also stole state gifts and sold them for profit. You're not just criminals, you're liars too.

Also, the 12 people killed that PTI actually has names of, we have not seen their autopsy reports to ascertain what kind of injuries led to their deaths. If bullets were fired indiscriminately, the figure wouldn't be 12, it'd be 1200.

It's one thing to claim there was violence but when you claim indiscriminate fire, how is that there were no mass casualties?

Actually, there's a lot of evidence and footage. Hassan Niazi in on video presenting Corps Commander's uniform to the mob.

But there's no video of mass murder in Islamabad and there's no video of Imran Khan's sisters being dragged.

So, you have reduced such a complex problem down to two reasons? What about the capital location (distance)? and its population size? then its class size? then foreign involvement? then, people's lasting acceptance of martial law?

I understand that there are different cities - Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad. There might be different dynamics at play. The ethnic composition of the three cities can impact protests. A lot of my examples have a large capital with no rival power center. It does not change the fact Pakistanis are not willing to risk an open fight with the Army.

As I discussed in the past a while ago with @Meengla I am surprised at Imran Khan's falling out with his patrons in the Army.

Wonder when will we see any evidence or footage of imaginary dead cult members of PTI, which PTI leadership says were only 12 but keyboard cultists insist it was in hundreds. Even the Namaz showman survived, who the cult claimed was killed when he fell.
