Completed Buildings (100m+)
This list ranks buildings that have been completed or topped out and stand at least 100 meters (328 feet) tall or have 20 floors. The ranking is based on standard height measurements, which include spires and architectural elements but exclude antenna masts. Partially habitable structures are also considered for ranking according to their current height.
Karachi boasts the highest number of completed high-rise buildings in Pakistan, followed by Islamabad.

Arfa Software Technology Park – Lahore
Arfa Software Technology Park (ASTP) is a prominent IT hub located on Ferozepur Road in Lahore, Pakistan. Completed in 2008, it stands at 106 meters (348 feet) with 17 floors, making it the tallest building in Lahore. Initially named “Lahore Technology Park,” it was renamed in 2012 to honor Arfa Karim, the youngest Microsoft Certified Professional who passed away at age 16.
ASTP houses the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) and the Information Technology University, fostering a dynamic environment for IT innovation and education.
