Chapal Skymark is an under-construction luxury residential tower located on Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road in Karachi’s Civil Lines area. Upon completion, it is expected to become Pakistan’s tallest residential skyscraper, standing at approximately 210 meters (689 feet) with 50 stories.

Developed by Chapal Builders, the project is strategically situated near five-star hotels, shopping centers, and renowned hospitals, offering residents easy access to essential amenities. Each floor is meticulously designed to feature four apartments, each occupying a corner and complemented by spacious balconies, ensuring ample natural light and ventilation.

As of 2025, the tower is nearing completion, with residents expected to begin moving in soon. Once finished, Chapal Skymark will significantly enhance Karachi’s skyline and provide luxurious living spaces in the heart of the city.

In 2021, Bank Al Habib acquired Centre Point Tower for approximately $50 million, intending to utilize it as their head office.

Dolmen City Towers are a significant mixed-use development located along the waterfront in Karachi’s upscale Clifton neighborhood. The complex comprises four towers: Tower A, Tower B, the Harbour Front, and the Executive Tower. At the base of these towers lies the Dolmen Mall Clifton, a three-level shopping center featuring over 130 stores, including numerous international brands.

Tower A stands at a height of 151 meters (495 feet) with 40 floors, primarily serving as an office building. Tower B, slightly shorter at 150.4 meters (493 feet), also comprises 40 floors and includes both office spaces and residential units.
