production by the end of August 2024. This is reported by “Rossiyskaya Gazeta” with reference to the
press service of the enterprise. The first model to be equipped with ESC system will be LADA Vesta. The
press service of the car plant emphasized that the company has successfully completed preparations for
the start of production. Thus, AVTOVAZ “systematically returns to LADA cars options that were
temporarily lost due to increased sanctions pressure”.

Most likely, ESC system that will be installed on
LADA cars will be from the Russian company Itelma, which launched its production at the end of last
year. The directional stability system provides maintenance of the trajectory of the car set by the driver
and improves its passability. It is a whole complex, which includes anti-lock braking system (ABS),
systems of brake force distribution on car axles (EBD), car stabilization in a turn (CSC), yaw control (AYC),
traction control system (TCS), hydraulic brake assistant (HBA), automatic holding of the car on ascent
and descent (HAS) and activation of emergency alarm in case of emergency braking (AHW).

of “AUTOSTAT” agency with reference to the monitoring data of the site “Price Auto”, cars of Granta
and Niva families became more expensive for the amount from 20 thousand to 45 thousand rubles. At
the same time, the price increase did not affect Vesta and Largus families. It became known that the
standard versions of “Granta” (sedan, liftback and station wagon Cross) added 20 thousand rubles in
price. T

he only exception was a sedan in the basic configuration Standard, the price of which remained
unchanged - 699,900 rubles. In turn, “sport” modifications of Granta (Sport and Sportline), as well as
commercial (flatbed and van) increased in price by 25 thousand rubles. The family of LADA Niva Legend
SUVs in all configurations, except for the starting Classic'24, became more expensive by 31 thousand

new passenger LADA cars in Russia - by 50.1% more than in January-July last year. As for light
commercial vehicles of the domestic brand, their sales in the reporting period amounted to 4,136

Please note that adjustments have been made to this publication, due to which prices* for new cars for
the period from August 1 to August 15, 2024 have changed not for 9, but for 11 brands officially
represented on the Russian market. This is reported by experts of “AUTOSTAT” agency with reference to
the results of monitoring the site “Price Auto”. AVTOVAZ raised prices for almost all cars of LADA Granta
families by 20 - 25 thousand rubles (plus 1.4 - 2.2%) and Niva by 31 - 45 thousand (plus 1.6 - 3.5%). At
Geely all models, except for the coupe-crossover Tugella, went up in price. Geely Atlas Pro crossover
added the least in price - 15 thousand rubles (plus 0.4 - 0.5%).

Other Geely models became more expensive by 30 thousand rubles, in connection with which the cost of crossover Monjaro increased by 0.6 - 0.7%, Okavango and Atlas - by 0.8 - 0.9%, Coolray - by 1.0 - 1.1%, and the sedan Emgrand - by 1.2 - 1.5%. “Related” cars Belgee received a price increase of 15 thousand rubles. In the “junior” crossover X50 it corresponds to an increase in price by 0.6 - 0.7%, and in the “senior” X70 - by 0.5 - 0.6%. 1.6%). Three Changan models became more affordable by 50 thousand rubles, namely: coupe-crossover
CS85 Coupe (-1.3%), pickup Hunter Plus (-1.4%) and crossover UNI-K (minus 1.2 - 1.4%), except for the
hybrid version iDD. The prices of Changan UNI-T crossover (-1%) and UNI-V softback (-1%) decreased
less than others - by 30 thousand. Citroen and Peugeot cars became cheaper in Russia at the very
beginning of the month. Citroen C5 Aircross crossover, assembled in Kaluga, has decreased in price by
400 thousand rubles (minus 9.3 - 9.8%). And Citroen C5 X crossover imported into our country became
cheaper by 350 thousand rubles (-7.5%).

As for the Peugeot models, they have also become noticeably cheaper. If the cost of 2008 crossover decreased by 686 thousand rubles (-18.6%), 4008 - by 726 thousand (-15.7%), and 5008 - by 501 - 800 thousand (minus 9.6 - 16.0%). Automaker Dongfeng Motor significantly reduced the price of DFSK ix5 coupe-crossover, which became cheaper by 600 thousand rubles (-20.1%). The premium electric crossover Voyah Free lost even more in price - by 2 million 420 thousand rubles (-28.8%). Two brands had multidirectional price changes. Thus, SUV EXEED VX with a 6-seat saloon became cheaper by 500 thousand rubles (-7.7%), and its 7-seat version lost 400 thousand rubles (-6.0%).

At the same time, the crossover EXEED RX in the Prestige and Platinum versions, in which it is equipped with a “robot”, went up in price by 100 thousand rubles (+2.2% and +2%, respectively). In the more expensive version Premium (with “automatic”) this model, on the contrary, became cheaper - by 250 thousand rubles (-4.5%). If in the Exclusive version with a diesel engine (2 liters, 162 hp) the model went up in price by 50
thousand rubles (+1.1%), then in the Flagship version with a gasoline turbo engine (2 liters, 218 hp), on

Chinese automaker FAW announced that the Bestune T90 mid-size crossover will appear in Russia in the near future. This was reported by the brand’s press service.

The company noted that the new product will be the brand’s flagship in Russia. It is known that the car is built on a modernized FMA-A2 platform. Its dimensions are 4718 x 1880 x 1710 mm, and the wheelbase is 2772 mm. The technical equipment of the new model is unknown. But in Belarus the car is sold with a 1.5-liter turbo engine producing 179 hp. or with a 2-liter supercharged unit producing 252 hp.
