Within the framework of the exhibition "Cargo transport and logistics 2024", which took place in the Moscow region from September 11 to 13, a refrigerator based on the Forland 8 truck chassis was presented. Along with it, MB Rus exhibited two Foton models - a cargo-passenger vehicle based on Toano L3H3 with a sliding partition and a workshop based on Tunland G7 pickup truck. While both Foton models are already available for purchase, the start of sales of Forland refrigerator is expected this autumn, according to the company's press service.

As for the vehicles themselves, Forland 8 chassis-based refrigerator has a wheelbase of 3800 mm and a gross weight of 7990 kg. The vehicle is equipped with a 3.8-liter diesel engine of Euro-5 ecological standard (power - 152 hp, torque - 491 Nm), working in tandem with a 6-speed manual transmission. Fuel tank capacity is 200 liters. The truck is designed for transportation of various cargoes at temperatures from -20 to +12 degrees Celsius. The five-seat cargo-passenger vehicle based on Foton Toano L3H3 has a GVW of 3.5 tons. Its dimensions are as follows: length - 5990 mm, width - 2090 mm, height - 2700 mm. Wheelbase is equal to 3750 mm. This model is equipped with a 2.8-liter engine of Euro-5 standard (150 hp, 330 Nm), which is equipped with a 6-speed automatic transmission.

The truck based on the Foton Tunland G7 pickup truck has a roomy body. The pickup is equipped with a 2-liter diesel engine with an output of 163 hp and an 8-speed automatic. Within the framework of modernization of UAZ models "Pro", "Patriot" and "Pickup" at the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant put into operation a welding conductor for body part "Front Shield". The principle of operation of the device is based on the sequential laying of parts. After their installation, air is supplied, which fixes the parts with the help of pneumatic cylinders, and then contact welding takes place. If it is necessary to change to another modification, it is enough to rearrange some assemblies and change the location of stops. For convenient moving of the new equipment there are wheels with protective coating and locking elements. The welding conductor is also equipped with a quick coupler and air filtration system for connection to the pneumatic system of the shop.

As previously reported by "AUTOSTAT" agency, in September Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant added green tint to the color range of UAZ "Patriot", "Pickup" and "Pro" vehicles, and in November they will receive silver tint.
