Thus, according to the agency ‘AUTOSTAT’, at the end of summer sales of VAZ '2107 came up to 12.8 thousand vehicles, which allowed it to keep the title of the bestseller of the secondary market for the seventh month in a row (since February). Korean models - Kia Rio (12 thousand vehicles) and Hyundai Solaris (11.3 thousand vehicles) - were also among the top three in August.

They are followed by hatchback LADA 2114 ('Samara-2') with the result of 10.7 thousand vehicles. Ford Focus closed the top 5 with the August figure of 10.4 thousand vehicles. Other models have market volumes of less than 10 thousand used vehicles. If we consider the statistics for 8 months, the leading model is also "2107" (87.5 thousand vehicles). But the second place is still taken by the 2114 model (80.4 thousand vehicles). Then come foreign cars - Kia Rio, Hyundai Solaris and Ford Focus.

Sales of all-wheel drive model Sobol NN start in Russia​

All-wheel drive vehicle of the new generation 'Sobol NN 4x4' has gone on sale, the press service of the Group of Companies 'Modern Transport Technologies' (GC "STT") reports. At the initial stage of sales it will be available in two versions - all-metal van and combi. Later there will be versions of minibus and flatbed truck. According to the information on official website of STT Group, the minimum price of all-metal van ‘Sobol NN 4x4’ is 3,615,000 rubles, and the combi - 3,740,000 rubles.

At the same time, the car is subject to the terms of the state programme of preferential leasing. The warranty period is 4 years or 200 thousand kilometers of mileage. Depending on the modification, the volume of the cargo compartment of the 'Sobol NN 4x4' model can reach 7.8 cubic meters, which allows transporting up to three standard Euro pallets. The volume of luggage compartment is twice less (3.8 cubic meters), because it is designed for the carriage of six people (driver and five passengers).

'Sobol NN 4x4' is equipped with a 2.5 litre turbo diesel engine with an output of 150 hp. The maximum torque of the engine is 420 Nm and is reached at 1,400 rpm. The turning radius of the car is 5.6 m, and its ground clearance reaches 220 mm (in the equipped state). It is also worth noting the stroke of the independent front suspension (200 mm) and the depth of the overcome ford (up to 500 mm). All-wheel drive according to Part Time scheme is provided by transfer box with reduction gear and locking differential of the rear axle.

In the basic configuration 'Sobol NN 4x4' has disc brakes with ABS and EBD; multimedia system with a 9-inch touch screen, wireless communication protocols and built-in navigation; air conditioning, cruise control and LED headlights (including fog lights). In addition, the car is equipped with a standard winter package, which includes engine preheater, heated front seats, windscreen and mirrors. Steering wheel heating is also available as an additional option. As previously reported by the agency 'AUTOSTAT', the vehicles of 'Sobol NN' family are equipped with keyless access system. Recall that Great Wall officially introduced in Russia its brand of SUVs TANK in December 2022, after which the first 'tanks' - the 300th and 500th - entered our market in the spring of 2023. The brand immediately showed that it relies on premium equipment and brutal car design.

According to AUTOSTAT agency, 18426 new TANK cars were sold in our country in the first 8 months of 2024 - 3.4 times more than in January-August 2023. The trial operation of NEFAZ-5299-31-52 suburban bus has been completed in Simferopol.

The bus was tested by drivers and specialists of the largest transport company in Crimea, Krymtrolleybus, for a month. During its operation, it traveled about 8 thousand km and transported over 11 thousand passengers along the Simferopol – Krasnoe suburban route. The average daily mileage was 300 km.

The restyled NEFAZ-5299-31-52 suburban bus is an effective solution for suburban routes and personnel transportation. A distinctive feature of the restyled model in comparison with the previous generation bus is a storage platform and a ramp for transporting passengers with limited mobility, which meet the requirements of an "Accessible environment". The body of NEFAZ-5299-31-52 bus is made of fiberglass panels. The model is equipped with a 221.5 kW KAMAZ engine, automatic gear box and an independent front suspension.
